Writing Test

I'm not too happy about the fact that I have a writing test tomorrow. I really get writer's block under the pressure, especially when it comes to my grades. My English II teacher has a feeling that the test will be a definition essay on LEADERSHIP. Well, what I have so far is: "Leadership is the concept of subconcious persuasion of others."
It's boring, you don't have to tell me that twice.
